Course overview

The Medspa Technician Laser course is a two-week course that trains on each the following procedures on theory, hands-on practice, and how to successfully operate every piece of equipment.

  • Body skin tightening

  • Photorejuvenation

  • Toe nail fungus removal

  • Stretchmark removal

  • Vein and broken capillary removal

  • Microdermabrasion

  • Chemical peels

  • Teeth whitening

  • Coolsculpting

During the course, students get hand-on experience by performing treatments on each other.

​

Internship

​

We are the only school in the country that provides an internship program for students after they complete the two-week course. During their internship, students:
 

  • Perform treatments on actual clients and get as much experience on the equipment as they desire until they are comfortable to go out into the field.
     

  • Gain experience bringing in their own clients, just like they would in a medspa, dermatologists office, plastic surgeons office, or on their own.

I am so very thrilled and excited about my NEW career as a Medical Laser Technician! I was contemplating attending an Esthetician course and checked out the local schools. And then I decided to investigate a different path into the medspa laser industry after reading an article that piqued my interest. I called laser institute in Scottsdale AZ and put a deposit down and was very excited to attend. Course
Options

  • Day course: One, two-week day course once per month from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Mon thru Thu.
     

  • Evening course: One, two-week evening course once per month from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Mon thru Thu.
     

  • The internship is completed as you are able to fit into your schedule.
